This 31 year old female was referred to Dr. McLain from a friend of hers for breast augmentation.  She was unhappy with the flattened and deflated appearance to her breasts and desired a larger and more youthful look.  After consultation with at McLain Surgical Arts in Huntsville, AL, where dr. McLain personally consulted this patient, she decided to have silicone implant placed under the muscle via a breast crease incision.  Her surgical procedure lasted about 45 minutes and after a brief recovery she was able to return to work and her normal exercise routine with the benefit of a more attractive and youthful appearance.
