This 54 year old female had breast augmentation by another surgeon in 2004. Postoperatively, she became unhappy with her widened scars and the odd shape to the breasts. She developed a double bubble deformity on the left breast, likely because her initial surgeon tried to lower her breast crease to match the right breast. This sometimes works but sometimes results in a deformed look to the breast. Fortunately, Dr. McLain was able to correct her malpostion with an internal bra procedure (capsulorrhaphy) and pocket modification. Now her breasts have a more pleasing shape and her scars are minimal.
