After seeing the incredible work Dr. McLain did on my mother’s breast (lift/augmentation), there were no questions regarding which surgeon I would trust with my cosmetic surgery. My mother is a cancer survivor of over 30 years. She had a mastectomy done on her right breast and she wanted symmetry. The surgery was successful with minimal soreness, mild bruising, and she did not need any pain medication. She is very pleased with the outcome and plans to have her other breast implant replaced. Dr. McLain is truly a compassionate, well mannered, down to earth, highly skilled cosmetic surgeon. You feel totally comfortable from the time you walk into his office for your consultation all the way to surgery day. After years of cigarette smoking abuse, my day came when I wanted to rejuvenate my appearance. With Dr. McLain’s recommendation, I decided to have a face and neck lift, with a upper blepharoplasty. As nervous as I was Dr. McLain patiently answered all my questions, calmed my fears and made sure I was comfortable during my pre and post surgery. The surgery went well. There was no pain. Only the usual swelling and bruising which was to be expected. I went back to work in two weeks. I had no doubt what the outcome would be and am extremely pleased with my results. I look and feel amazing! Dr McLain is so genuine and sincere, that he personally calls to check up on his patients. That has brought comfort to me and my family. I feel incredibly blessed to have been a patient of Dr. Mclain. Dr. Mclain’s dedication to excellence was evident to me throughout my entire experience as his patient.  The decision I made to have rhinoplasty was not made lightly. When my husband and I first consulted with Dr. Mclain, I was in the information-gathering stage and had a lot of trepidation about the procedure and the possibility of an outcome I might not be happy with. My goal was for very subtle, natural-looking results. He truly listened to me and I felt confident that my goals were also his goals. I don’t look markedly different to others, but I feel the difference myself and it feels like I’ve been given a wonderful gift!

I know Dr. Mclain performs much more complicated and involved procedures than what he did for me, yet I never doubted his high level of dedication to precision and excellence whether the task be small or large.

I just had to tell you about my skin care experience. I bought the sample/travel Vital C skin care kit yesterday after talking to Tammy. I used it last night (masque and all) and again this morning. I LOVE IT! I can already tell a difference in how my skin looks and feels. AND I’ve gotten two compliments on it also, just this morning. I can’t tell you how pleased and surprised I am to see a difference after just one use! Can you tell I’m excited about it!

Also, if sometime in the future your team needs another member I would love to work with you guys. I find skin care, good health, and exercise very interesting and try to incorporate it in my life as a priority. And I think you and Tammy are super, positive people to work with and talk to.

I could not be more thrilled with the results of my endoscopic brow lift, lower face lift and neck lift. Dr. McLain produced the refreshed, but natural results I asked for. He is an excellent surgeon – highly trained and highly skilled. Even my hairdresser commented on how minimal and well hidden my incisions were! Dr. McLain, as well as his staff, is very personable with a genuinely warm and comforting demeanor.
