This 45 year old female came to see cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Landon McLain in Huntsville, AL for breast augmentation.  She desired larger breasts, but “not too big”.  During her consultation, Dr. McLain discussed the differences between saline and silicone implants as well as above and below the muscle placement.  This patient had silicone implants placed above the muscle through a breast crease incision with the aid of a Keller Funnel, which allows for smaller incisions.  After a very short recovery, she returned to work and is very happy with her new look.
