This 18 year old female was seen in at McLain Surgical Arts for a rhinoplasty consult.  She was unhappy with her nasal profile, specifically the small dorsal hump.  She was able to view preop and postop photos of rhinoplasty patients in order to gain a clear understanding of the achievable  results.  She underwent her procedure in the morning and was home by lunch.  After a short recovery with almost no pain, she returned to her normal daily routine and is thrilled with the subtle and natural improvement to her nasal contour.
